Pan Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets (about 8 cups)
- 3-4 garlic cloves chopped and smashed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1.5 tsp turmeric
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Handful of chopped cilantro to garnish (optional)
- Pink Himalayan salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Chop cauliflower florets into 1-inch pieces
- Add garlic to large bowl with cauliflower and add olive oil
- In another bowl, stir together the turmeric, cumin, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to coat
- Spread the cauliflower out on a large rimmed baking sheet
- Bake, stirring occasionally, until edges are brown and tender, 25-30 minutes
- Serve with chopped cilantro if desired
