Spicy Delicious Shrimp Avocado Salad Keto Recipe
If it’s not easy, it’s most likely not happening at my house! We’re a busy family of five (all males, but me) and growing boys have been my biggest challenge to eating Keto/ low-carb. I’ve found that by planning delicious meals that I can eat, we all enjoy eating this way. Because none of them have any health issues, they can add rice, potato, or bread to their meal as well.
This recipe is so good, I’ll have to hide it just to get some myself! Actually, the guys can use flour tortillas to wrap it in and they can eat it with beans and rice. Personally, I’ll just take my lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas and stay on track.
Meal planning makes all the difference around here. We save money and eat healthier when I plan our meals properly. Now that I’m eating Keto – it’s even more important.
