Grace
Does it ever seem like your mishaps dictate who you are? I do at times. It’s easy to get caught in a rut. Perhaps, if you’re like me, you want to do your best but feel your best is not enough. We struggle to see that in our weakness God’s power is made strong.
On this journey together, let’s open our hearts and be renewed with His Word. Let’s ask God to cut our tightrope of perfection. So we fall into His safety net of grace, where His faithfulness is our shield. Accordingly, we will begin soaring on wings of eagles, run without becoming faint, and walk without growing weak! Isaiah 40:31
As we release our expectations, we will realize these truths, “He will never leave me,” and “He has good things planned for my future.” Be bold, my friend, failure should define our FAITH, not our identity! In our weakness God’s power is made strong. God’s unconditional love, that covers a multitude of sins, is completely lavished upon each of us.
Scripture
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. Titus 3:4-5
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4
