Ingredients
1 cup hot water
¼ tsp turmeric with piperine*
juice of ½ lemon or 2 drops lemon essential oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
slice of ginger root or drop of ginger essential oil
½ tsp Swerve (for Keto), honey or other favorite sweetener
Instructions
Add turmeric to the cup of hot water and stir well
Add the lemon juice or drops
Add ginger drops or root
Add cinnamon
Let sit for 5 minutes
Spoon out or strain the ginger root if using
Stir well so the turmeric doesn't stick to the bottom & enjoy
